Susan earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from Arizona State University in 1983 and a Masters Degree in Audiology in 1986.

Certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Susan has been providing diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing services for over 20 years.
